Most of our products are created by hand in small batches, or are one of a kind. Because of this, if your product arrives damaged in transit we may not be able to offer you an exact replacement. In these circumstances, we would be happy to process a refund for you. Please contact us at apiary.and.mill@gmail.com with proof of purchase and a photo of the damages, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

At current time we are shipping to CANADA. Our packages are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping times may vary depending on location. We charge a $10.00 standard rate at checkout for shipping.

Caring for your sterling, gold plated or silver plated jewelry, and gemstones.

• Remove your jewelry before showering, bathing, or before swimming in chlorine or salt water.  Chlorine or salt water will irreparably damage your jewelry.

• Remove your jewelry before participating in activities that will cause you to sweat a lot.

• Wait to put on your jewelry until after you have applied lotion, makeup or perfume.

• Remove jewelry if you will be bringing it into contact with something hard. 

• Store your plated or sterling jewelry where it won’t rub against other hard substances or be exposed to air (a small Ziploc bag is ideal).
